The Tata 912 LPT comes equipped with a powerful 3.3L NG BS6-compliant, 4-Cylinder inline water-cooled direct Injection, intercooler integrated diesel engine which has the capacity to churn out 125 kW of maximum power at 2600 rpm and 390 Nm of peak torque at around 1000 – 2200 rpm. The Tata 912 LPT comes fitted with a Dual Circuit Full Air S” Cam Braking System With Auto Slack Adjuster (Drum – Drum) for maximum braking performance and stopping power in the event of an emergency. In terms of suspension, the truck comes fitted with Semi-Elliptical Leaf Spring with Hydraulic Double acting Telescopic Shock Absorbers in the front while the rear houses Semi-Elliptical Leaf Spring.
