Force Motors: Bookings Open For All-New Urbania In India

Pune-based automotive major, Force Motors which is India’s largest van maker, announces that bookings for the Urbania are being accepted at select Force Motors Commercial Vehicle dealers in the metros and mini metros on payment of Rs. 1 lakh only. For customers’ convenience, Force Motors has also added the list of dealers authorized to collect bookings in the following link: www.forceurbania.co.in

As announced earlier the pan India ex-showroom prices of the URBANIA start from Rs. 28.99 lakhs.

The flagship medium wheel base (3615mm) variant of the Urbania with a seating capacity of 13, excluding the driver, is priced at Rs. 28.99 lakhs, meanwhile, the long wheelbase (4400mm) variant with a seating configuration of 17 excluding the driver rolls off the dealership at Rs. 31.25 lakhs, while the short wheelbase (3350mm) variant with a seating capacity of 10 excluding driver is priced at Rs. 29.50 lakhs. 

The short wheelbase variant attracts GST at the rate of 43% whereas the medium and long wheelbase variants attract 28% GST.

Further, the company in its press release has stated that in Phase 1, it will be dedicating its focus to production capacity. It is mentioned by the company that the Phase 1 installed capacity is 1000 vehicles per month. Nonetheless, serial production has commenced at the new dedicated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility created for this platform. The first lot of vehicles will be shipped to dealerships in the coming fortnight.

  • –  First in the segment to offer all-wheel disc brakes and ESP, ABS, EBD and ETDC.
