Leading and well acclaimed last mile mobility wing of Mahindra Group, Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited (MEML) has achieved a new milestone this month- 50000 electric 3-wheeler customers. The brand began its journey back in 2017 when it launched its first electric three-wheeler, the e Alfa Mini. Since its initial success, the brand has successfully added a wide range of electric vehicles to its fleet like the Treo, Treo Yaari, Treo Zor, and e Alfa Cargo.
Among the different electric three-wheeled vehicles of MEML, the Treo range has attained maximum awards. Some of the notable mentions are the Global Awards for Excellence in auto retail marketing for electric 3-wheeler of the year 2019 and made-in-India Innovation of the Year by ET Global Automotive Summit 2022 for the Treo among others.

Electric Vehicles are helping customers with increased earnings while delivering sustainability and therefore we expect the growth momentum to continue.”
This monumental achievement for Mahindra Group’s Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited is indeed special. Moreover, the brand has touched several lives, helping them become entrepreneurs in the last mile delivery services, earning more but being sustainable simultaneously.
Further, the brand has also stated that over 50000+ electric 3-wheeler customers milestone is one of its achievements among others this year 2022. The brand has covered more than 133 Million electric kilometres, saved 27566 metric tonnes of CO₂ which is equivalent to planting more than 6.1 Lakh trees, received a special recognition award from Apollo CV Magazine for its electro-mobility product, the e Alfa, and has also won the Green Achiever 2022 award at the 3rd edition of the Green Vehicle Expo.
The brand has received numerous global accolades apart from the aforementioned. One among them is being the only electric vehicle manufacturer in India to indigenously develop EV technologies. Furthermore, the brand has made a successful diversified portfolio of electric vehicles like the e2oPlus hatch, electric Alfa 3-wheelers, the Treo range of 3-wheelers and the electrified eVerito sedan for the passenger & the commercial segment.
Finally, MEML has also ventured into the alternative electro-mobility technology to enable a smoother, cleaner and more efficient product to become the smart choice for its last-mile delivery-based customers in India.
