In a groundbreaking initiative towards decarbonization and sustainable transportation, Quantron AG, a clean tech company specializing in sustainable passenger and freight transport, has partnered with Petromin, a leading multi-national organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to realize the largest deployment of zero-emission battery electric trucks in the country. Quantron and Petromin Collaboration
Quantron, renowned for its expertise in sustainable transport solutions, has joined forces with Petromin, a transformative force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mobility sector. This collaboration has resulted in the deployment of 50 units of Quantron’s QARGO 4 EV light trucks, specially designed to offer convenient and sustainable urban transport and last-mile deliveries. These trucks are equipped with advanced battery technology, providing a range of over 250km on a single charge and a quick recharge time of just one hour.
Applications and Flexibility
The QUANTRON QARGO 4 EV trucks offer a versatile solution for various applications, including the transportation of dry goods, fresh food, municipal services, and furniture. Their flexible design allows for easy mounting and assembly, making them suitable for a wide range of industries. Notably, major companies like PepsiCo and Red Sea Global have already embraced these electric trucks as part of their commitment to sustainability, replacing diesel trucks and achieving a significant carbon saving of approximately 31.5 kilograms per 100 km.
